This course was designed to help give students the information needed to become entry level pumper operators. Meaning this class will give you the knowledge you need to understand the mechanical portion as well as theories and operations. Once the online portion is complete students will have a one to two day in class portion where they will put what they have learned into actual hands on skills. To move on from online portions students will need to have a minimum overall grade of 70%. Once the on-line and in persons skills day or days are complete a task book will be given to the student to complete at their home agency. If the class room size is small a task performance evaluation might be substituted in lieu of a task book.
