Enrollment options
This five‐day, 40-hour course is designed to provide individuals with
the ability to perform as a supervisor or manager in a fire service
organization. Following the requirements of NFPA 1021, Standard for Fire
Officer Professional Qualifications, Chapter 5, 2020 edition, this course
examines the Fire Officer level II role in Human Resources Management,
Administrative Responsibilities, Community and Government Relations, Fire
Safety Inspections, Fire Cause and Origin Investigations, Emergency Services
Delivery, and Health and Safety. Students are still expected to demonstrate a high
level of participation.
