This is a hybrid course that includes online learning supported by classroom discussion and practical exercises. It is expected that all online coursework is completed before arrival at the first day of class. If online work is not completed you may be barred from participation in the classroom portion of the course.
It is the intent of the course to provide you with the required knowledge, skills and abilities to serve as a program manager within a training division. You will meet the minimum standards for educational requirements through online learning. We will provide you with practical application of your online learning during the in-person classroom delivery. Students will be expected participate fully in the discussions and practical exercises during the classroom portion of this course. Participation of class members will enhance the educational experience immensely.
