Entry level firefighting course. Along with wildland classes S-130, S-190, & L-180 enables the student to obtain FF-I certification from the Florida Bureau of Fire Standards and Training. This is a prerequisite for FFP0020C FF-II.

This is the second course in the 2-course program collectively known as Fire Fighter Minimum Standards. This course is designed to enhance the basic skills and knowledge obtained in FF-I and prepare the student for sucess on both the written and practical state exams. Additional subjects, not taught on the Resource One web site, are SERP and Florida specific elements required for eligibility to test in the state of Florida. These will be done using the lecture format in the classroom.
