Driver Operator Training Class for Pumper (PDO) and Aerial (ADO) Driver Operator.
Prior to being promoted to Engine Driver Operator, a department issued certificate of completion must be obtained for 40 hours of PDO concurrent with NFPA 1002.
Prior to being promoted to Aerial Driver Operator, a department issued certificate of completion must be obtained for 40 hours of ADO concurrent with NFPA 1002.
This course meets the minimum standards for both, with Chapters 1-16 for PDO and Chapters 16-20 for ADO.
