Welcome to the 2026 Hazardous Materials Operations Course. This course is designed to be completed prior to the hands-on training in February 2026. The instructors will be OSFM Technicians with HM Team 15 in Coos Bay. If you have any questions or issues with the program, please contact Lt. Saccente via email asaccente@coosbayor.gov. You will receive a task book for hazmat awareness and operations at the completion of the training.
